Leo the Late Bloomer is the perfect activity to help children recognize and celebrate their accomplishments. This project encourages students to reflect on their growth over the school year. It allows them to brainstorm activities they can now do that they previously couldn't. With the "I can" statement on each petal, students will be encouraged to illustrate and write about one of these activities. Not only is this activity colorful, creative, and fun - it is meaningful too! Display their blooming flowers outside your classroom during conferences so parents can appreciate how many things their children have learned throughout the year.
